How It Works

AnswerBot™ AI

The RevTwo library and applications support AnswerBot™ workflow. Questions submitted by the customer can be configured at the RevTwo workbench to be delivered to the AnswerBot™.

  1. User Asks a Question
  2. AnswerBot™ gets the question, determines the best answer, and returns it to the user in the form of a chat response
  3. The user clicks on the Answer, and is presented with a rich text interface that provides an answer to their question.
  4. The user is able to accept the answer, request more answers, or be escalated to a support agent.
