RevTwo Application:  A mobile application that has embedded the RevTwo support library.

RevTwo Application Instance:  An instance of a RevTwo Application that has been installed on a customer’s mobile phone.

RevTwo Model:  Each RevTwo Application’s behavior is configured via a model within the RevTwo support platform’s Administration Portal.   The Model includes the support tools that are available for this application, the name of the application, it’s icon, and its access key.

Ticket:  Each time a user requests help using the RevTwo library a ticket is created in the RevTwo Support Platform.   The ticket provides the means to connect to the user and utilize the RevTwo support tools to interact with that user’s applications.

Account Administrators:  Special users of the RevTwo portal that are able to create new applications and manage the users of the RevTwo portal.
