Support Portal Tools

Tickets page
page shown by default when you open the portal; shows tickets (i.e., help requests)
Chats page
shows any active interactive messages (chats) you may have.
Developer page
shows information for device and app developers, including links to contact developers.
Account – shows your account information; you can edit it from this page.
Models page
shows all models defined in the system; you can create new models from this page.
Team page
shows all users and administrators defined for your system; you can add more users from this page.
