Using the Support Portal

The Support Portal provides the tools for supporting and managing all communications with the RevTwo In-App Support users.

After creating an account, sign in at

After signing in you gain access to all the support tools for your RevTwo enabled apps.  (Click here for an explanation of the support portal tools.)

Supporting your apps

  • Create models for the apps that you support. (See Models.)
  • When a user requests help, the request is converted to a ticket. (See Tickets.) You can view and respond to tickets to assist the user.
