Support technicians can handle many conversations at a time when app users are responding to messages. To maximize their efficiency, the Chats page lets support techs manage multiple conversations within a UI that’s very similar to Skype.

Tickets shown in the left side panel display indicators when new messages arrive from the app users. New_Chat_Indicator These indicators can help you manage messages for multiple apps, while responding to each message at your own pace.

The left side panel shows any open tickets assigned to you. When you select a ticket, its messages are shown in the center panel. While viewing messages, you can type and send a new message to the app user.  You can click View Ticket to open the Tickets page for this message, or click Start Support Call to start a phone call to the app.
