When an issue is happening, or happened a while ago, looking back in the logs can help you easily spot errors.  During a support session, RevTwo provides you with a complete look into the log history, as well as real time log tailing.  Additionally, you can filter by log level allowing you to only see what you need to.

How to use the Logging Widget


  1. Start a support session to connect to the device
  2. Click Logging from the list of widgets on the side.
  3. You will see the full log history and any new logs in real time as they are created.
  4. Click on the filter in the top bar and select a level, such as warning.  This will limit what you view to the selected level and higher.
